When you submit the consultation form on rojflow.com, we collect the information you enter: your name, work email, phone / WhatsApp number, and any notes you choose to write about your workflow needs.
We use your details for one purpose: to contact you about your inquiry. That is it.
Submissions are delivered to our internal lead-management system and a confirmation email is sent to you. Only RojFlow team members can see your information.
We keep your inquiry until it is resolved and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up. If you want your data deleted, just ask — we will remove it.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
